A: As we maintain a family friendly website we would like to control the content we receive. We can only do this by making users accountable for the images that are uploaded (See terms of service).
We require your email for notification of login details and delivery address for shipping your order.
A: Upon entering our payment section you will notice a padlock symbol on your web browser. This means that all information sent by you is secure including your credit card details.
A: The 4x6 inch called a postcard size has always been the accepted film camera standard size.
The Digital camera has two acceptable postcard or standard size digital photo print sizes:
the first being 4x5.5 inch and the second just slightly longer at 4x6 inch.
Please use our website tab that indicates your camera type and this will guide you into the best standard photo or postcard size for your camera.
A: In the Gallery you will see all the photos uploaded for printing. You will then be given the option to increase the quantity of each by pressing the plus or minus buttons as required.
The default quantity is 1x each.
A: Most digital cameras default to JPEG as standard: we only accept JPEG images for printing.
A: Some cropping may take place if the aspect ratio has been changed.
Aspect ratio is the relationship of the width of an image to its height.
A: Enlargements need a larger file size than standard size photos so we have optimized our upload to best suit the required size.
A: It will depend on the resolution you have set on your Digital Camera. To ensure good quality prints from your uploaded images always send them as a JPEG file type.
A: We only use the best Kodak photographic paper for your digital photo print to ensure excellent quality.
